Subject: From: Date: | RE: [ECS] Phone problems A.J. Griglak Thu, 22 Jun 2000 00:13:16 -0400 |
OK, I don't believe my setup is unique. I have a PIII 550 with 128MB RAM, a
Rockwell V.34 modem. No, it didn't just start happening. It's always
happened, but I chalked it up to callers not leaving messages. But
recently, I KNOW my wife left a message, and I got the same thing.
What I mean by "changing the delivery of the messages" is that I haven't
altered any of the code from EXAMPLE.CFG as far as answering or recording
messages, I've only altered AFTER a message is received. I have the CID
forwarded to my cell phone (if away from home) and start a remote phone
session to listen to the messages.
I will try Bill's suggestion about rebooting and see if that helps.
