No, I'm not clicking anything.  I'm hitting 3(D) on the phone from a remote
session WHILE the message is playing.  It works as advertised ,-;) if I'm
sitting at the computer clicking with the mouse.

Hi A.J.,
I can't re-create this problem, and so must assume
that you are clicking delete when the NEXT msg is
being processed (which would be the previous msg,
chronologically speaking).
Make sure you click delete DURING the playback.
