RE: [ECS] TVL problems

After much investigation, it turns out that I must have missed some updates
along the way. I downloaded the full ECS.ZIP, and then downloaded again the
ECSB.ZIP, installing both of them. The TVL stuff now works as it should.

Is there any way that we can be sure that we have all the latest files? For
example, my EXAMPLE.CFG had been dated 5/8/00 before I did the above steps.
I had THOUGHT I was downloading all the ECSB.ZIPs along the way, but I guess
not, eh?

A.J.,
I suspect that something has been changed in a TVL-related Event.
Please restore the originals from EXAMPLE.CFG and all problems
should go away.
