Hi all,

Having an odd lock-up when I launch ECS. It reads my cfg
and freezes on "initializing items." To recover it needs a bunch
of control-alt-deletes. I ran the same cfg in ECST and it loads
correctly.
It also makes no attempt, (win vers) to laod TTS which it has always
done up till now.
Any help?
