Hi Dan,
I have not used it through a firewall yet but imagine all you need to do is
enable TCP through port 3000. It works with other programs like netmeeting
and such.
Good luck

Subject: [ECS] web interface and firewalls
I'm just wondering if anyone is using the ECS web interface through a
firewall. I think ECS defaults to port 3000, which I think may be a problem
since it is not a "well known" port. I have not tried it yet. I just want
to see if it's possible before I possibly beat my head against the wall for
too long.
If you are using it through a firewall, did you have to do anything special?
Dan
