I found a bit of a workaround. If I modify the ecs_www.bat file to not goto
exit after executing the edm stuff postie runs just fine. Then I made an
change to have winipcfg.out sent to me as an attachment so that I can open
it and see the actual IP address. Not necessarily pretty, but it seems to
work.

Yes. Attached is the ecs_www.htm file that was created at the same time as
the attached winipcfg.out file (time stamp is only 2 seconds different).
