Yes. It's has been running under Windows 2000 at my house continually since
the release of Windows 2000 in March. Intermittently, I've been testing the
Linux beta.

Windows 2000 doesn't suffer from this problem. You may want to switch to it.
It handles virtual memory (including GDI memory) much more gracefully.
