Kevin,
When researching for a hotel spec a while back,
I ran across a lock at http://www.smarthome.com/5190S.html ($40).
I think this device locks the door when low-voltage is removed,
and unlocks when it is applied. ECS could control this line via
the SECU-16 (above).
