Mark, thanks for the reply. Heres what happens when I go into
a dos prompt and enter tvl.bat
C:\PROGRAM FILES\ECS>TVL.BAT
C:\PROGRAM FILES\ECS>DEL TVLSTAT.TMP
C:\PROGRAM FILES\ECS>
C:\PROGRAM FILES\ECS>IF ""=="" GOTO ERR
C:\PROGRAM FILES\ECS>ECHO E > TVLSTAT.TMP
C:\PROGRAM FILES\ECS>
C:\PROGRAM FILES\ECS>
C:\PROGRAM FILES\ECS>_

Execute TVL.BAT manually from the DOS prompt

(that's all ECS is trying to do).
