I called Quatech and they said that they have drivers for the boards, and I am going
to look at them, but I imagine that they are dll's or ocx's or something that would
take your help to make them work. I have really enjoyed the board that I have as it
can be 72 inputs or 72 outputs or various combinations of the above. Usually in groups
of 8. The card is listed on their site for $195. But I had one from one of the places
I used to work. I am using it to monitor all my doors and deadbolts, and back gate
etc. So I'm using about 20+ inpouts from it right now with plans for more. I'll let
you know what I find.

A cursory search on this topic turned up
only commercial products as solutions.
I entered +"windows 2000" +inp +outp in Yahoo.
