Mark,
To refresh your memory, this is about the problem I have been having with
phone interface C where the after approximately four or five days of use
output will no longer be sent to the external speaker. I am not using any
other program with the modem, and yes the caller can hear the message.
Today the problem occurred again and I found that an F5 reset would fix the
problem. Any thoughts?

Mark,
Are you using the modem with any other software ?
Can you hear the caller as he is recording the msg ?
Does an F5 on the phn-ifc-c fix it ?
