Yes. In the control panel, select "Windows" as the primary logon, rather
than "Client for Microsoft Networking".

Then delete your .PWL file from the Windows directory, log out and back in.
You'll be asked to enter a user name and a password. Leave the password
blank, and you will never be asked again.
