As many of you know,

Scott's auto-responder sent about 590 messages 
yesterday and today reminding us that he won't be back 
till the 14th.  Because we all are well-aware of this 
now, measures have been taken to censor him.

In case any of you are wondering, there were already 
systems in place to prevent this from happening.  
However, it didn't work this time.  To prevent future 
incidents, the "Reply-To" now points to NULL.  That 
means you must enter "ecs-list@netbloc.com" yourself or 
your message will never be seen again.

Please be sure to give him a warm welcome when he comes 
back.  =)
