Thanks Carl. I went out and got one, but it will NOT work with ECS. :(
Sounds like something has changed in the couple of years you've had yours.

I use a Supra Express 56k. All works very well with the exception 
of the outgoing greeting volume, which I believe has been corrected 
with the latest versions of ECS. I've had it for a couple yaears now with 
no probs. Should be well under $100.

Is it a Rockwell VOICE modem ? 
If so, it should work, and I'll need more info (please use PR.TXT).
