A.J.,
Is there ANYTHING "unique" about your hardware setup/connections ?
The reason I ask is that I have never seen (or heard of) either
of these problems.
What is "no message" ? Silence ?
Did this problem happen with your other modem ?
What modem was this ?
The Win modem driver has no effect (ECS is talking directly
to the modem).
