Carl, you can use \WINDOWS\FTP.EXE to download ftp files and
\ECS\WPDL to download web pages.
To use an ftp command file, use "ftp -s:{file}".
You will need to have your event set phn-ifc-c to
DISCONNECTED beforehand. Then set a timer for the
worst-case time-to-download. When it expires, set
phn-ifc-c to RESET.
