I too, had the same problem. I ran "TVL.BAT DITV 1 0" and checked on
TVLDL.BAT - it was dated 8/12 - consequently the listings downloaded were
for 8/12.

TVL.BAT 1st runs TVL0.EXE, which generates TVLDL.BAT,
which downloads the weeks schedule. Verify that this
file is being created properly.
