I think it would add a bit of credibility.  I'm always skeptical of those
type of statements when I see them in an advertisement.  The names and maybe
where they live would add some strength to the comments.  I think it also
helps that our names are not too common and therefore would sound made-up
;-)

me of a question I have been meaning to ask for a while:
In my web page, should I list the names of those quoted
in the TESTIMONIALS section ?
If so, I would first obtain permissions from those quoted.
