Well I think I have. "Speech api" is (I think) spchapi.exe which merely
executes and places files on the hard drive. It really is an installer. Is
that correct? If not I may have the wrong file. Although a couple of weeks
ago I did have speech working. I have no idea why or what happened but
suddenly it no longer is working.
