Subject: From: Date: | RE: [ECS] Web Voice mail functionality Chamberlain, Brad Thu, 24 Aug 2000 15:29:27 -0400 |
Mark,
I not in front of my PC but I believe if you set a speak messages item to
play new from a remote web browser it starts the playback on the ECS web
server machine and not the remote client where the request originates from.
In my case I want the actual voice mail playback to occur on the remote
client. Currently I can get to the mail playback on the remote web client by
selecting the voice mail message from the message screen. Maybe you could
add a new state (play-new-web) for the speak messages item.
Am I on the right track or have you already accounted for remote message
playback from a browser?
Thanks,
Brad

Hi Brad,
I don't understand.
Playing messages via the web page is about
as easy at it can get.
