I checked my .chn file and made some updates.  I did not do anything to
itpcst.def and never have.  Should I be editing this file to agree with
.chn? For both of these files do I put spaces or tabs between the channel
number and the station?

Check your {lineup}.CHN file & ITPCST.DEF files.
There are probably some new channels which one
or both of these files lack (add as needed).
