Due to a dum mistake on my part, the OPERATING-SYSTEM
Item State will be LINUX if ECS detects that it was
aborted the last time it was executed (WINDOWS if not).
To work-around until next upload, make the ACCESS of
the OPERATING-SYSTEM Item VIRTUAL/MAINT/MAINT, and set
it's Initial State to the appropriate OS.
