Subject: From: Date: | PLC-Command Extended X-10 Codes joerut.epix.net Sun, 27 Aug 2000 13:27:57 -0400 |
Hello
Has anyone used the PLC Command with the Extended X-10
codes? The PLC-Command has the states Extended Data and
Extended Code but these require data to be entered. Is there a
variable or item these states refer to in order to send data and
codes? I am using the LM14A's to control different lamps. I would
like to program the modules to an automatic output status when a
lamp is turned on LOCALLY. The modules have this capability but I
cannot find a way to send extended codes with data. The last
question I have is. If I have the modules auto respond will ECS
update the item set to that unit and housecode. There is a good
article in the Home Toys column about the 2 way X-10 Modules at
the following address if anyone is interested.

Any help / guidance would be appreciated
Thanks
Joe Rut
