Hi A.J.,
This is NOT what I would consider to be a "minor inconvenience" :-).
But it IS a mistake on my part, which I will now correct.
NONE of the .CHN files should be overwritten.
BTW, all the TZ-*.CHN files ARE preserved on the install.
