Mark,
That CD15 error strongly implies that you are running
an old ECS.EXE. Please check the date/time on ECS.EXE
(should be 8/28 1:58PM) and make sure that you downloaded
from my NEW site (link below).
BTW, my new site is hosted by Michael David's new web
