With both the last beta and today's (9/1) I cannot set the state of items
via ECS WWW.  I bring up a given page and click on the current state of an
item.  This brings up the frame with the available states.  I click to
select the new state and get the error message:

Bad cmd "ECS:ITEM_SET"

BTW, regarding the issues I was having with phone messages not being
converted from .rpc to .wav.  Although I think I was running the correct
beta we'll never know for sure.  I was out of town for a few days and had
reverted to a previous version.  I downloaded a new .zip file before
reloading and all has been fine.
