TV channels not being set

I noticed with the beta this morning (Saturday) that stations were not being
set. When I saw that a new beta was forthcoming (Saturday PM) I decided to
wait but the same issue exists. I bring up the TV-Guide and click on a
listing. In the bottom left corner of the browser window (I.E.) the correct
chan shows (i.e. Chan 18). There is nothing in the upper part of the
browser window where typically it would show the name of the station (as per
the .def file). After about 8-10 seconds I get an error message in ECS:

ERROR:SCK_BF rxtmo (TCP_API_SRV)

I also have a second problem that may or may not be related to ECS. When
running setup for the latest beta I receive an error at about 70%
completion. Like an idiot I didn't write down the exact verbiage. It was
some type of error indicating that there was a "move data - 115." I thought
this would be unique to the latest beta (bad file or something) but when I
went to reinstall the previous beta I got the same error. I rebooted and
tired again. Error always occurs about 70%. Based upon file dates my
ecs.exe IS the most current, but the installation never completed.
