I downloaded files again, but still cannot get TV-Guide.htm to set a
channel.  I continue to get the same error message in ECS.

I don't understand why tvl.bat being run is an issue at all?  I ran tvl.bat
on Sunday morning. Tv-Guide.htm worked fine for setting channels on Sunday
and Monday.  I can't speak for the rest of the week as I was out of town.
Tv-Guide.htm is being generated from the same tvl.txt file as before.  All
that has changed is that I am two beta versions further along.  I'll go
initiate download and see what happens.

Mark,
All I can suggest is to run TVL.BAT manually from the command line
(use exact same command as that executed by ECS) to see what it's
doing (I don't think this is related to WPDL).
