Hi Mark,
I have found/corrected the TV-CHAN problem.
Sorry I made you jump thru so many hoops :-).

There are STILL problems with the uploaded WPDL, but
as of this morning I think I FINALLY fixed it for real
(I'm doing a TVL download now to verify).

Will upload later today.
