RE: [ECS] Does Panasonic Pass Caller-ID?

Hello David

I know this is a bit late reply but actually I just installed my phone
system this weekend. I have the KX-T61610 and it DOES NOT
pass the caller ID info through to the extensions. I did however
figure out a way to have ECS get caller ID info and still be
connected to an EXTENSION of the panasonic unit for such things
as paging. It does require a bit of external HARDWARE and some
creative programming of the KX-T61610 along with ECS but after
what seems to be a confusing time of connecting phone cords all
seems to be working. Let me know if you or anyone else would like
a drawing of this (once I actually draw it out). Like I said it seems
confusing but if analyze the wiring it makes sense.
