Hi all,
I have corrected a problem with TVL0.EXE (which creates TVLDL.BAT).
Turns out that there is a diff btw W95 and later Win versions
in how it processes a line like this:

	IF NOT EXIST X ECHO E > TVLDL.ERR

On my PC (W95), TVLDL.ERR is NOT created if "X" does not exist.
Apparently it IS created with later Win revs (as an empty file).
