Re. HTML: I still use Eudora 3.0, which kind of somewhat does a little HTML. Unfortunately, it uses a dialect quite different from Netscape... So I second the "no HTML" suggestion. I abstain on the number of lists. I would like to amend the "don't quote" suggestion. More importantly, I prefer to read mails where the new stuff is at the TOP of the quoted text - keeps me from scrolling down all the way. Of course, if you want to embed your replies to specific paragraphs, that often makes a lot of sense, too. Just please avoid appending your reply to the bottom of a mail (seems to be Netscape's default)!
