You can get the CM11A directly from X-10 at www.X10.com. The
best deal is probally the Active Home Package. It includes the
CM11A with the cable, a lamp module, an RF transciever module,
a keychain remote and a 6 in one universal remote all for $49.99.
The CM11A would probally cost half that. Also if you happen to
catch a promotion they usually throw in a free item or 2. As far as
the computer. All you need for voice is a soundblaster compatable
card and Win 95,98 or 2000. Of course faster is better but I am
sure any compatible will work.
