Heh...  In case anyone actually does want to leave (now why would you?),
send an empty e-mail to:

ecs-list-unsubscribe@vancouver.ml.org (undigested)
ecs-list-digest-unsubscribe@vancouver.ml.org (digested)

To specify the address (otherwise it uses your FROM/REPLY-TO address)
blah@isp.com:

ecs-list-unsubscribe-blah=isp.com@vancouver.ml.org

If you still have problems, send a note to:
mailto:richard@vancouver.ml.org

Digest version sends 1 e-mail with aprox. 30 messages inside every 1-2
days.
