Hi all,
ECS 4.4.008 (http://omnipotencesoftware.com/ecs.zip) has
been released/uploaded, and incorporates the changes below.
Latest upgrade instructions are attached.

    85)	As WPDL (web-page download utility used by TVL.BAT) continues to
	occasionally report timeouts when downloading the TVL listings
	(at least on my PC), I have added logic whereby it will try 3
	times before giving up.
