EDM help...

I'm trying to get my weather report off the ground and would really
appreciate some help.

The following is my EDM script....

Bell
r WEATHER.DAT
V0
/CA'PST'
f SANTA BARBARA COUNTY SOUTH COAST-

I The following is the weather forecast as of,
time <------------------------------------- problem #1

ca/'State Road 154'Highway 1 50 4

I have two questions. The time command in the above script doesn't output
the time. Do I have the syntax correct? The "change all" line is suppose to
change a period at the start of a line with a space. Doesn't happen. The
following is the output from this EDM script...

The following is the weather forecast as of,

.TONIGHT:CLOUDY WITH LOCAL DRIZZLE. LOWS NEAR 60.
.FRIDAY:CLOUDY. LOCAL MORNING DRIZZLE. HIGHS IN THE MID TO UPPER 60S.
.FRIDAY NIGHT:CLOUDY. LOWS NEAR 60.
.SATURDAY:CLOUDY IN THE MORNING:BECOMING PARTLY CLOUDY IN THE
AFTERNOON. HIGHS IN THE MID TO UPPER 60S.

.EXTENDED FORECAST:
.SUNDAY:CLOUDY WITH FOG NIGHT AND MORNING HOURS. MOSTLY SUNNY BY
AFTERNOON. LOWS IN MID 50S TO LOWER 60S. HIGHS IN THE MID 60S TO LOWER
70S.
this concludes the \EMP\Weather Forcast. \EMP\

Please note the lack of time and the leading periods. Could anyone steer me
in the right direction?

Thanks:

Don
