I thought of that.  the IP Address in the password item is set correctly I
think.  I even tried it from the ecs computer and it still did not work.
The computer I am also trying it from is on my local intranet.  I can send
you the my cfg file if you need it.

Joe,
The "IP ADDRESS" for your Password Item is not defined
to accept the IP address you are attempting to access from.
See the "ACCESSING THE INTERNET" section.
