Hi Carl,
Statesman is not supported by ECS lite, but the download
is fully operational for 30 days. So I would download/install
the TTS package as described in:
http://www.omnipotencesoftware.com/home-automation-2.htm#ecs_download_procedure
ECS runs on NT fine, except for the fact that your Events (scripts)
will not be "indented" properly (a visual problem). This is because
NT will not allow the use of a fixed font in a window having
proportional fonts elsewhere.
