Ooops! Bad key combination sent the e-mail without me wanting to. After a discussion with Mark, we worked out a test. What it all turned out to be was an outlet strip plugged into the same AC circuit as the TW523. The stip must be sucking X-10 messages. After unplugging the outlet strip, everything is fine in the world again. Thanks again for your help, Mark.
