I hope to get a little help with a problem I have.  I'll do
the best I can to explain.  I would like to play a specific message to a caller and
be able for them to leave a message.  I’m trying to modify the configuration file that
is sent with ECS.  From what I gather when the phone rings phone-answer is set to answer
plays a message and records the response.  I have modified the phone event so that it
looks at @CID.ID file and sets CID-C accordingly.  So its not a problem to put in the
phone event :
 
IF CID-C IS NOW 1 
THEN PHONE-ANSWER SET ANSWER

But How do you customize the message that is played?  Is it possible to specify a variable
file name in PHONE-ANSWER?  As Always I appreciate the help,
