I verified it and the time you get is what I get. Same for the lineup code.
But I don't think it matters. Try finishing the whole download cycle and see
how the times all work out. I didn't see a problem when I ran my tests and I
show EST as well even though we are in MDT.

picked rogers cable new westminster
  when it displays the listings it   EST time it should display PST time all
shows are out by a couple of hours.
  the lineup code it gives me is >CN09220
  could someone try this for me an see if you get the same EST and lineup
code CN09220
