I'm sorry, but I just can't think of a solution for this problem.
You mght have to make do with another general listing
(which WILL display in PST). Check it by manually entering
the URL in your browser (before trying it with ECS).

btw, I could not quote your original msg (probably as you are
using "HTML formatting" for your email setting).
