RE: [ECS] Voice modem hassles

I too vote for TAPI...... I had to give up on the modem stuff and quit
using ECS for any telephony functions. I miss the previous functionality
with the HA stuff, but have replaced some of that with my Omni Pro system.
I purchased a New Panasonic Voice mail to handle messages etc which is
really Great and connects up with the PBX and passes caller-id.

I think TAPI is the way to go. For those who want to upgrade to say a
Dialogic Board could probably do so with TAPI.
