   This is the blind leading the blind but first I'd try moving Ecsio.* to the same
directory as the htm document that is calling it. If that works, you can be pretty sure
that you need to resolve the path issue. For that someone else in the group could be
more help than I.

    i tried doing a path to it, but i could not figure it out
    an example would really help  dir is web3 a sub dir off of ecs
