ECSers,

I've been looking around for a good phone solution for my new house, and
I've run across this product
that seems to be a "mid-level" ECS user's dream:

Concero Switchboard:
http://www.talkswitch.com/products/switchboard/index.html

It's basically like a small PBX, with these capabilities.

2 lines input
5 lines output (up to 20 devices on lines, the 5th is a built in fax modem)
Standard analog phones
Local intercom capability
Autoattendant features:
Distinctive ring routing to specific extensions
	Autoattendant routing to different extensions
Automatic routing to off premise phone (using 2 lines or 3-way
calling on 1 line)
Accept or reject features for off premise routing (announces who is
calling)
Failover options if no answer for local extensions or remote
extension
Local bridging, allowing business people to dial in and back out to
save toll charges.

Built in 56k voice/fax modem can be used for voicemail applications
Serial port connection for PC
Music on hold
Caller ID passed to extensions automatically
Extended AT command set gives status and control of practically everything
it can do.

And it's reasonably priced (for a PBX) at $495.00

I'd love for Mark to get ahold of one of these puppies, you could do it all!
The included software allows monitoring of call transfers, setup, and
automatic fax reception to pdf files. Pretty slick stuff.

The manual is available on their website, 283 pages and includes a lot of
technical details. The product has apparently gotten rave reviews.

What do you think you could do with a product like this?
