hi all.
well I think I might be getting somewhere now, here's what I have been doing
1.delete all cookies in the windows folder
2.log onto TV.excite.ca
it displays EST. time zone listings even if I change the postal code.
3.go back and delete all cookies again
4. log back onto excite.ca and enter my user name and password
it then sends new cookies to my computer
5.I go to TV listings and all TV listings are RIGHT ON !

conclusion... it has something to do with the cookies they send to my computer

now if I paste this into my browser http://tv.excite.ca/grid/?date=20001104&time=100000&cat=
and there are no cookies on my computer
I get EST. time zone
but if I am logged in at excite.ca I get the right PST time zone.

I have tried pasting http://tv.excite.ca/grid/?date=20001104&time=100000&cat= into
tvldl.bat file an excute it but I get EST. listings.
TV.excite.ca does note see the cookies on my system when ecs downloads the TV listings.............

does anybody have any idea's on this matter !!
thanks in advance
