Using postie, issue the following command via a batch file:

c:\progra~1\ecs\POSTIE\POSTIE -s:"Phone
message" -file:LMCID.TXT -host:mail -from:Phone message -to:[email of pager]

I'll send my CFG seperately...

Oh, I thought you had an alpha pager...  the CID info is simply a text item.
Can you send email to your pager?  That's what I do....
