I have cleared the browser cache and tried this on three separate PCs including the one the ECS resides on. The error is still the same. I click on my shortcut to ECS Web (http://192.168.1.1:3000/home.htm on one PC) This takes me to the "main" ECS page. I click on "TV-Guide" TV-Guide is generated. I click on a TV show. After a second or two this error appears in the status line (drop down box towards the top) of the TV-Guide window Bad cmd: "ITEM_SET" After a few seconds I hear the windows error beep and the following error message shows in ECS status line: SCK_BF rx tmo0 (rxsz=16) (TCP_API_SRV) The error appears to be in the web stuff as none of the TVL related events (i.e. TV-Chan Monitor) even get accessed. The ONLY thing I have done is load the beta (and make the needed changes to ecs.cfg). -----Original Message----- From: Mark Gilmore [mailto:omnip@usit.net] Sent: Thursday, December 21, 2000 12:50 PM To: ecs-list@netbloc.com Subject: Re: [ECS] Problem with latest beta and TVL Hi Mark, This implies an OLD class is being used. Clear cache on your browser and restart it. I assume that you are using the TV web page (it's critical that you be VERY specific in your descriptions). -- Mark Gilmore Omnipotence (ECS home automation software) http://omnipotencesoftware.com 423-745-0026 Hours: Mon-Sat, 9AM-8PM/EST Mark Sekelsky wrote: > > Downloaded and installed the new beta files.
