Subject: From: Date: | RE: [ECS] Can't create a new phone item in 4.4.014 Mark Sekelsky Sat, 30 Dec 2000 18:22:52 -0600 |
I have always done my phone recording as the .rpc files. ECS then converts
them to a .wav. I should check and see if these exist. I know the .rpc is
there as I can play the item manually.

Hi,
you might try to make a new item and record the message with the sound card.
Then it would show a wav file instead of the rpc file. I have not used a rpc
file this way. I have always used the sound card wave file and it works
well.

Btw ecs usually rejects stuff for a good reason, sometimes it beyond what we
can do to correct it. Also make sure the rpc was available.
