two quick questions:

When a call comes in, cid-name is set to the name the phone company provides.  But when
I put this as a window item, it never seems to change.  I did put in the phone event
to set another variable called cid-name-result to the cid-name, and when I put it on
the phone group page, it is showing correctly.  Why doesnt the cid-name show correctly?
 Is it valid for only one event pass?  And if that's true, should I reference the new
variable I created in my other events enstead of cid-name?

Second question:  When someone calls and leaves a message, how does ECS name that wav
file?  Can we tell it where to put the new file?  Does it look for a 001.wav and then
increment based on the last one or does it start at 001.wav each time the system is
restarted?
